Pricing and Payment

• All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable taxes.
• Payment options include:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Full payment upon delivery.
  • Advance Payment: 50% payment via Easypaisa for online orders, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.
    • Payment details for advance payments will be shared during order confirmation.
    • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Delivery

• Delivery services are available exclusively within Karachi city limits.
• Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Battery Bazar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted on the same day of delivery, provided the battery box remains unopened and no acid has been added. A delivery charge of Rs. 500 will apply as a penalty for returns. If acid is added to the battery, the warranty period will begin, and no refund will be accepted thereafter.

Warranty

• Products sold by Battery Bazar are covered under manufacturer warranties, where applicable.
• Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or facilitated through Battery Bazar.

Liability

• Battery Bazar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and use of purchased batteries to prevent accidents or equipment damage.

Privacy Policy

• Customer information collected during transactions is used solely for order processing and improving our services.
• Battery Bazar does not share customer data with third parties unless required by law.
